School excellence is all too often associated with performance on a Math test, an English essay, a Science lab, or a Social Studies project, and we do go out of our way to celebrate students who achieve greatness in our academic areas. The most common is through our term academic awards and the many scholarships awarded at graduation. However, we are very much aware that there are many other areas that students can achieve excellence and it is critical that we share an equal spotlight to these disciplines.
